一次性纸杯的制造规范你了解多少？

　　杯口15mm内不能印图案

　　No pattern can be printed within 15mm of cup mouth此前一次性纸杯一直只有行业标准，缺乏标准。此次的标准(GB/T 27590-2011)对纸杯原材料、添加剂、包装、印刷等提出更高要求，保障消费者的。

　　Before that, disposable paper cups had been only industry standards, lacking standards. This standard (GB / T 27590-2011) puts forward higher requirements for paper cup raw materials, additives, packaging, printing, etc., to ensure the safety of consumers.

　　较受关注的就是提出印刷位置的要求，规定纸杯外面的印刷图案应轮廓清晰、色泽均匀、无明显色斑，但是“杯口距杯身15mm内、杯底距杯身10mm内不应印刷”。

　　荧光增白剂不能人为添加

　　Fluorescent whitening agent cannot be added artificially在制作纸杯的原材料上，为避免有毒溶剂的产生，国标规定，纸杯不应有异味，不应使用回收材料，原材料使用的添加剂应符合执行标准的规定，荧光增白剂、工业石蜡、工业滑石粉等不在GB 9685范围内的添加剂不能用于生产加工纸杯。“即使是车间受污染的边角料也不得用于纸杯原纸的生产加工，所有的原材料、添加剂都应满足食品包装级的要求，不能人为添加荧光增白剂。”并鼓励使用水性油墨、紫外光固化油墨、植物油油墨等环保型油墨生产纸杯。

And encourage the use of water-based inks, UV curable inks, vegetable oil inks and other energy-saving and environmental friendly inks to produce paper cups.

　　另外，标准对纸杯挺度和渗透性能也有规定，纸杯的底部和侧面均不应漏水、渗水，如果纸杯太软，也不达标。纸杯的所有包装材料要有足够的密封性和牢固性，纸杯包装应防尘、防潮和防霉。
