一、控制面板:

三、硬件线路和软件设计:

硬件线路的设计比较简单,根据资源表就可以对PLC的外部接线进行设计。软件的设计相对比较复杂,先需要绘制软件程序流程图,从图中可知,控制程序主要有3个分支,即点动、自动和单步执行。

一次性环保餐具设备系统的控制程序采用厂商提供的 PFSOFT开发工具进行开发,把 PFSOFT软件安装在PC机上,PC机与PLC相连,打开 PFSOFT开发界面,编写LC控制梯形图程序,梯形图程序下载到PLC中,可以在PLC上进行模拟调试,调试平台采用“电气控制与PLC实验平台开始采用常规控制指令进行编程,虽然功能上实现没有问题,但由于功能比较复杂,程序比较长,以致PLC对程序的扫描时间过长,不符合成型机控制的要求。放弃常规控制指令结构,而采用步进指令+高阶指令的程序结构,使得程序结构越加明晰,程序长度大大缩短,程序的扫描时间达到控制的要求。

By abandoning the conventional control instruction structure and adopting the program structure of step instruction and higher order instruction, the program structure becomes clearer, the program length is greatly shortened, and the scanning time of the program meets the control requirements.
