1、尽量保持塑料件收缩均匀,保持模具热平衡。

2、如果冷却水孔的数量大约大,孔径大约大,则对塑料零件的冷却成果大约均匀。根据经验,冷却水孔线与空腔壁的距离应为冷却水孔直径的1~2倍(正常12~15mm),冷却水孔距约为水孔直径的3~5倍,水孔直径约为8~12mm。
